Custom wig orders 14-21 business days to create. this time varies depending on the volume of orders. During sales, please expect turnaround times to be as long as 21 business days.

Ready to ship units will be shipped with 3-5 business day.


Ashlei Marshe Collection is NOT responsible for any improperly fitting units due to incorrect head measurements or sizing.

Refunds 

Raw Bundles 
We are more than happy to offer returns on hair extensions as long as it is UNOPENED and UNUSED within 7 DAYS. 
All hair ties and packaging must still be intact. this means all original tags must still be on the product 

To start the refund process please Email us within the 7-day period 
Hair must be shipped back to Ashlei Marshe Hair Collection in its original packaging and the packaging must not be compromised in any way. if we determine that the hair and packaging has been opened or the extensions have been used, a return will not be issued. 
Hair extensions are HYGIENIC products; therefore, we are not able to offer return or exchanges if the seal has been broken 

You will be responsible for shipping back to Ashlei Marshe Hair Collection 

We are not responsible for any coloring or styling mishaps due to hairstylist or yourself. 

When will I receive my refund? 

Full refund, excluding shipping cost will be issued back to the original payment method after we have received and confirmed that the hair has not been tampered with 
Returns are refunded between 2-3 business days 

 

All sales are Final for all Wig Units. This includes custom or Ready to ship wig units.
