Do You Offer Payment Plans?
Yes! We offer ZIP (formerly known as Quadpay), Sezzle, and Shop Pay pay in 4 installments. These are payment installment option that allows you to split your payment into 4 payments. These 4 payments are spread over a 6 week period with no added interest. payments are automatically deducted from your linked debit or credit card.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Processing Time
Processing time is 3-5 business days
Please note that during Sales processing times can be up to 4-6 Business days. Once your order has been processed you receive an email with your Shipping information
Shipping
Shipping time is 4-6 business days. Once items are shipped you will receive tracking info via email. After shipping tracking info is sent it may take up to 24 hours to see active updates.
We will only ship to verified addresses.
This means that shipping info must match your billing address.
If the address does not match your order will not be processed
After shipping info is sent, it may take up to 48 hours to see active updates
Orders cannot be changed once the order is placed

Refunds
Raw Bundles
We are more than happy to offer returns on hair extensions as long as it is UNOPENED and UNUSED within 7 DAYS.
All hair ties and packaging must still be intact. this means all original tags must still be on the product
To start the refund process please Email us within the 7-day period
Hair must be shipped back to Ashlei Marshe Hair Collection in its original packaging and the packaging must not be compromised in any way. if we determine that the hair and packaging has been opened or the extensions have been used, a return will not be issued.
Hair extensions are HYGIENIC products; therefore, we are not able to offer return or exchanges if the seal has been broken
You will be responsible for shipping back to Ashlei Marshe Hair Collection
We are not responsible for any coloring or styling mishaps due to hairstylist or yourself.
When will I receive my refund?
Full refund, excluding shipping cost will be issued back to the original payment method after we have received and confirmed that the hair has not been tampered with
Returns are refunded between 2-3 business days
All sales are Final for all Wig Units. This includes custom or Ready to ship wig units.
All sales are final on Custom Color

How long will it take to receive my wig unit?
Custom units take 10-21 business days. Ashlei creates all of her wigs personally with care and detail.
Ready to Ship units are shipped after payment is processed
What measurements do I need?
Measurements are only needed for CUSTOM wig units. Ready to ship units only requires circumference
How long will my hair last?
Hair extension bundle last 1-2 years with PROPER care.
Custom Wig Units can last 2+ years with PROPER CARE & MAINTENANCE
Beginner Units can last up to a 1+ years with PROPER care
How should I take care of my hair?
You should shampoo and condition the hair with quality products. Ashlei recommends using professional products, or seeking out a professional to keep your hair and/or unit in good condition.
First - Shampoo and condition hair going in a downward motion. do not ball the hair up while shampooing or conditioning.
This can cause the hair to tangle and matte.
Secondly - Comb the hair with a wide tooth comb. Start from the ends and work your way up to the top.
Third - We recommend allowing you hair to air dry, or using a hooded dryer to dry your wig
Fourth - Once wig is fully dry you can style as desired
